Ian here... I started eXpert Realtors because I felt like people were being taken advatage of by these big name companies.  By the way, I used to manage for a big name real estate company with hundreds of agents and many many beautiful offices. When I left there I was finally able to be honest with home-owners (meaning I felt like the company I worked for charged too much for their services, and I was not comfortable with this). I no longer charge those high commissions because I don't have to pay all of those departments, executives, mangagers, contractors and advertising campaigns to get my company name out there, like on billboards, commercials on TV and radio, and many many other ways to promote my company instead of spending the money, YOU Pay, on actually selling my clients homes. Most of my business is by referral, almost 95 percent of my business. I have found by being honest, caring, very competent and knowledgable, having the proper mindset, a plan, the right tools and executing the plan with fun involved, your results, your day, your year, your life will continue to get better, and this is the basis for success in selling your home and helping buyers find homes that make them happy. I currently own a real estate company, a real estate investment company, a day trading company and I've owned a restaurant, a retail store and other businesses. I've managed multi-million dollar businesses and have learned many ways to improve the processes in any business. Please please let us show you what a good experience in real estate is really like.
